Enrollment Process Modifications due to COVID-19
Each CNA class is capped at 15 students. Only people who have completed the enrollment process at least 1 week before the first day of class are considered successfully enrolled in the CNA class.
All required documents and fees must be completed at least 1 week before the 1st day of class. All required documents must be submitted at one time to start and finish enrollment at once (including the registration fee). We no longer accept document submission incrementally (piecemeal fashion). You cannot turn in the enrollment form one day and the live scan form another day. All required documents must be submitted at one time. Late submissions of required documents or initial fee payment are not accepted. You cannot wait until the 1st day of class to complete enrollment and expect to be registered for the class. CNA Class brochure can be found here.
*Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for enrollment into the CNA and HHA program.
If less than 9 students are enrolled for the CNA class, the class will be postponed. You will be informed when a class will be postponed only if you have successfully completed the enrollment process.
If you have completed majority of the required documents, please call the school to give your status for completion and status of enrolled students. The phone numbers for the school are: (510) 481-0240 and (510) 481-0360. Because your student file is still incomplete, you are not enrolled in the CNA class.
VIP Nursing School is not responsible for the associated fees incurred due to the CNA program like the cost for the physical exam, the TB test, and the live scan fingerprinting services.
Please use the list below as a checklist for completing enrollment and officially registering in the class.
Please note, there are only 15 spots open for each class. If you finished the enrollment process after the 15 students cap is reached, you will be placed on the wait list for your desired class.

All requirements must be met at least 1 week before the 1st day of the CNA class. If less than 9 students are enrolled, the CNA class will be postponed. You will be contacted if we need to postpone the CNA class (as long as you have already completed the enrollment process yourself).
* All required documents and fees must be completed at least 1 week before the 1st day of class. Late submissions of required documents or initial fee payment are not accepted. You cannot wait until the 1st day of class to complete enrollment and expect to be registered for the class.
